4. Refunds from Partners

5. Affiliate Commissions

Any commission received by my99exch.id from partner affiliates is non-refundable since it does not originate from user payments. Commissions are earned only after a user voluntarily registers or transacts with a partner.


6. Cancellations of Referral Requests

If you submit a contact form in error or wish to withdraw consent for further communication, email our support team immediately. We will acknowledge and delete the entry within five business days per our Privacy Policy.


7. Dispute Guidelines

When raising a refund claim with a Partner Platform:

  1. Retain receipts, chat records, and transaction IDs.

  2. Submit a written complaint to their official support address.

  3. Allow reasonable processing time (typically 7–14 days).

  4. If unresolved, notify us with evidence for documentation.

We will cooperate by sharing the record with relevant regulators if required.


8. Fraud and Chargebacks

Users should not initiate unjustified chargebacks against legitimate transactions. False claims may be reported to financial institutions under applicable law.

We may revise this Refund Policy as our affiliate network evolves. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
